Three municipal market bigwigs charged with rigging bids are scheduled to go on federal trial in New York next week, the first time there has been a criminal trial of muni execs charged with bid-rigging.
David Lerner Associates Fined $2.3 Million for Excessive Markups

FINRA charged David Lerner Associates with charging excess markups on municipal bond and other transactions over a two year period of time.
The firm was fined $2.3 million dollars by FINRA and ordered to pay $1.4 million in restitution to customers.
