One of the apartments owned by reclusive heiress Huguette Clark is in contract for a $22.5 million sale to Frederick Iseman, chief executive of private-equity firm CI Capital Partners, according to people familiar with the transaction.
His offer, which is subject to board approval, also includes buying a piece of a second apartment that Ms. Clark owned on the same floor of a Manhattan building at 907 Fifth Ave.
Ms. Clark, who died last May at age 104, owned three apartments each spanning about 5,000 square feet with 10 to 14 rooms. Two of her apartments are on the eighth floor.
