HK Inside Information Disclosure Guidelines
On Jun. 8, HK SFC published final guidelines on disclosure of inside information, from Jan. 1, 2013.
•Includes additional guidance for the comments received during the bill’s legislative process.
•Guidance to listed corporations and officers as to their obligations and assist them to comply.
•Listed corporations required to disclose price sensitive information (PSI), in timely manner.
