CFPB Launches Public Complaint Database
On Jun.19, CFPB published a consumer complaint database relating to credit cards, which includes the names of individual banks that are referred to.
•Per, Dodd Frank, aim to improve transparency and efficiency of essential consumer markets.
•Database populated by credit card complaints received by CFPB on and after June 1, 2012.
•Complaints only uploaded after firm verifies it has been correctly identified, within 15 days
